500X型CX416持压泄压阀主要功能是维护城市干管最低设定压力(保证消防水压).
我公司500X型CX416持压泄压阀安装使用说明如下:
1.500X持压泄压阀安装使用说明主阀应水平安装,并与阀体表面水流箭头一致.
2.适用介质温度:0-80度.
3.500X型CX416持压泄压阀安装使用说明导阀出厂设定压力值不适合现场要求,可做如下调整:先松开导阀手轮(顶母)下的锁螺母,然后顺时针拧动导阀手轮(顶母)为增加压力,反为降低压力,调好后锁好锁紧螺母.
4.通水前必须彻底冲洗管路系统,并在主阀体前安装过滤器及压力表.
5.针阀手轮顺时针拧到底后,逆时针旋转1/4圈—1/2圈。
